HY is pleased to announce the publication of its 2025 Sustainability Report, the second edition in our reporting journey. Building on the baseline established last year, 2025 was a year of turning ambition into action: embedding sustainability into our daily decisions, our operations and our culture, and holding ourselves to the same standards we help our clients achieve.

Prepared with reference to the GRI 2021 Standards, this report covers the period from 1 January to 31 December 2025 and records measurable progress across our material topics. Electricity consumption fell by approximately 39% year on year. Average training hours per employee more than tripled, supported by our HY Professional Excellence (HYPE) academy, the Career Conversion Programmes delivered with Workforce Singapore and the Singapore Business Federation, and executive education in sustainability management. We also maintained our record of zero fatalities and zero high-consequence injuries, underpinned by ISO 45001 certification and bizSAFE Star and Partner recognition.

The report builds on the foundations established in our first edition. It retains the seven priority topics identified through our materiality assessment, and extends our greenhouse gas inventory across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 in accordance with the GHG Protocol, now with year-on-year comparison. This gives us a clearer view of where our emissions arise, notably employee commuting and business travel, and where our reduction efforts will be focused.

In 2026, HY will relocate to Punggol Digital District. Shaped by the input of our staff, the new workplace is designed around natural light, efficient lighting and cooling, and a more equitable and empowering environment for our people. We are targeting Green Mark Interiors, LEED and WELL certification for the fit-out, and we see the move as a physical expression of our commitment to a low-carbon, human-centric way of working.

We regard this report as both a record of progress and a commitment to continuous improvement. It is candid about the areas where we can do better, including reducing commuting emissions and extending formal training to senior management, and we will continue to report on these with clarity and integrity.

We invite our partners, clients and stakeholders to read the HY Sustainability Report 2025 and to join us in building a more sustainable, innovative and resilient future.
