Managing Director: Er. Ho Soo Foo

B.ENG P.E, M.I.E.S EMA Licensed Electrical Engineer, Authorised High Tension Switching Engineer, NIL restriction Authorized High Tension Testing Engineer

Er. Ho started his professional practice in 1980. His expertise includes feasibility studies, administration, design and supervision of project implementation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of all electrical and building service projects handled by HY.

As a graduate in Electrical Engineering at the University of Singapore, Er. Ho is a Professional Engineer, EMA Licensed Electrical Engineer, Authorized H.T. switching and High Voltage Engineer to operate electrical equipment with NIL restriction.

Er. Ho had completed works in Senoko Station New Switch House and more than twenty 66KV Substations, Labrador 230kV Substation and Paya Lebar 230kV Substation.

Er. Ho believes that HY provides numerous opportunities for every employee. HY’s strength lies in their strong teamwork and support within the company. Director: Er. Loke Kok Kei

BSC (HONS), M.I.E.S, M.I.E.M, P.ENG (S), P. ENG (M)

Mr Loke has more than 24 years of working experience in the Building Services installation. At present, Mr. Loke is also a Fire Safety Register Inspector (M&E).

As an Honours graduate in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde (United Kingdom), he accumulated considerable experience in the design, specification and supervision of mechanical and other building services for many factories, commercial and residential buildings.

Mr Loke enjoys working with HY for its harmonious, cooperative and consultative atmosphere. He believes that the management and employees, each to his or her best ability, try to achieve the company’s objective to satisfy their client’s requirements.
