Ar. Rowena Rawte
Global Head of Sustainability
Rowena has 21 years of experience in the field of Architecture, Construction and Project Management, including 15 years of experience as a LEED Professional. Her qualifications include a Diploma in Architecture (G.D. Arch.) from Mumbai, India and a Post-Graduation in Construction Business Management (GDCBM) from Pune, India. She has also attained additional professional qualifications as LEED AP (BD+C) (ID+C), Green Mark AP (FM) (Singapore), WELL AP, Estidama Pearl Qualified Professional (PQP) (Abu Dhabi), EDGE Auditor and EDGE Expert.
Rowena’s primary role is to head the Global Sustainability Division at HY M&E.
She manages all the Sustainability projects including global Green Building Rating Systems, Digital Twins Service, Energy Modeling and Energy Optimization, Solar Studies and Digital Twin Dashboards services with the clients.
Her job profile includes overall coordination with the client to provide custom-made solutions to achieve the best possible outcome for the project and client.
Deepti Shrimali
Sustainability Manager
Deepti is a dedicated and accomplished GreenMark Accredited Professional (GMAP) with a proven track record in achieving GreenMark certification for various projects in Singapore. Apart from sustainability, she also has experience in conducting research in the fields of agriculture and medicine. In the education sector, she has collaborated with fellow instructors in developing and refining educational content.
Her qualifications include an M.Sc. in Biotechnology and a B.Sc. in Biology. In addition, Deepti’s certification list includes GreenMark Accredited Professional (GreenMark 2021), Zero-Energy Design, Intro. to Climate Related Disclosures, BCG Climate & Sustainability Virtual Experience Program and Power BI and BIM.
As a Sustainability Manager at HY, Deepti plays a major role in Digital Twin Projects, GreenMark Certifications and In-operation Projects.
