Project Description:

The project is an Multinational Electronic Company in Singapore is a Commercial Interior project registered under LEED ID+C V4. The project is approximately 3,317 m2.

The Energy Consumption of the project is estimated in IESVE Software for LEED ID+C. The project Obtained 9.75% energy- cost savings compared to the benchmark case and obtains 12 Points under Optimize Energy Performance Under LEED ID+C. The project achieved a CERTIFIED rating.

Project Special Features:

1. The project had used all energy efficient LED lightings.
2. Daylight sensors had been incorporated in all the perimeter zones
3. Occupancy sensors had been incorporated in regularly occupied areas
4. Highly Efficient VRF is used for Space Conditioning.
